The Corteco HT200C is a high-performance, single-component silicone sealant specially developed for the extreme requirements in transmission and differential repair. As a neutral-curing special silicone, it is the first choice for professionals when it comes to permanently sealing housing flanges exposed to constant vibrations and chemically aggressive oils.
Whether for the general overhaul of manual transmissions, sealing drive axles or differential covers – the HT200C forms a high-strength, yet permanently elastic seal that reliably bridges micro-cracks and remains absolutely leak-free even under mechanical stress.

Skin formation time: approx. 5–15 minutes

Curing: approx. 2 mm per 24 hours (depending on humidity and temperature)

Application: The sealing surfaces must be clean, dry, and grease-free. Apply sealant to one side, assemble components within the skin formation time, and bolt according to manufacturer's instructions.
Important note: The HT200C is not suitable for sealing fuel lines or permanent contact with gasoline/diesel. Also not to be used as a substitute for cylinder head gaskets.
